✔ The Flit Taxi administration guarantees that personal data obtained through the app will not be disclosed to third parties. User data may only be shared with authorized government agencies in accordance with Ukrainian law.
✔ The Flit Taxi app may access certain device identifiers such as Android ID and phone number. This data is used to create and identify your user account in the system.
✔ All collected data is used solely for providing the service and is stored in accordance with privacy regulations.
✔ Before going to court, a preliminary dispute resolution procedure is required (a written claim with a proposed solution).
